Privacy notice

What we hold
Business contact details for people at the companies we write to: name, job title, work email address, and the company's name, website, location, industry, and approximate size.
If you reply to us or fill in the form on our website, we keep what you send, including any instruction to pass your company's details to a buyer.
We do not collect home addresses, personal phone numbers, or any of your company's internal data.
We count visits to this website with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you: it records which pages were viewed, the site that sent you, and your country, browser, and device type.
Where it comes from
Company information comes from public government registries, such as banking regulators, state licensing boards, and federal provider and transportation registries. Work email addresses come from commercial business-contact databases.
How we use it
Only to contact you about introducing your company to an AI data buyer, and to keep a record of who asked not to be contacted.
Who we share it with
We pass your company's details to a buyer only after you tell us in writing to do so. We share contact data with the service providers that run our email and records, under their confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Until it is no longer needed to contact you or to complete an introduction you asked for. If you opt out, we keep only your email address and company domain on a do-not-contact list, so you are never contacted again.
Your choices
Reply "stop" to any email from us, or email us to opt out, and we will not write again. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@bridgedataadvisory.com. We answer within 30 days.
